I worked on the Paik-Abe Synthesizer when I was volunteering at the WGBH New TV Workshop when it was in an old Movie Theatre on Galen Street near Watertown Square. I practically lived at the Workshop. I couldn’t get enough of working with video and the greats: Nam June, Charlotte Moorman (spelling?), Campus, Wegman and many more. I am indebted to Fred Barzyk and Oliva Tappan for creating an environment that I couldn’t get enough of. What an amazing place it was.
